To illustrate the capabilities of our professionals at T C Masters, we selected a few representative transactions in Mergers & Acquisitions of corporations, banks, insurance companies and trust fund companies, Joint Ventures of technology, medical and industrial companies as well as in technology licensing, Aircraft Leasing & Financing of over 27 Boeing, McDonnell Douglas and Airbus aircraft, as well as in Syndicated Loan Transactions representing mostly the lenders and occasionally, the borrowers, at a total of over US$2.3 Billion. We have excluded other representative transactions and significant business transactions as they are simply too many to list.
