  • Represented sponsors in BOT intermodal transportation project, chemical plant and large-scale theme park investment, represented syndicated financiers in non-recourse wafer fab financing
  • Represented creditors in hostile takeover of a world-renowned food chain-store franchise
  • Represented a world-class back-lit panel inverters manufacturer in supervising patent infringement litigations, patent invalidation, and negotiating general settlement extensively in China and Taiwan
  • Represented a world-class IT manufacturing group in patent licensing, litigation, negotiating OEM/ODM, general supply, tooling, procurement agreements, OEM/ODM manufacturing, employment disputes, white-collar crime litigation, NDA and non-compete agreements
  • Represented a world class IT manufacturing group in setting up a manufacturing base spanning about 2 square kilometers in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, China
